Nuvama Wealth Management reported full-year revenues of approximately INR3,100 crores with operating profit after tax of around INR1,050 crores, crossing the INR1,000 crore operating profit milestone for the first time. Q4 revenue stood at INR825 crores (7% YoY, or 13% excluding Investment Banking and Equities). ROE remained healthy at 28% for FY '26. The company declared a dividend of INR14 per share for H2, representing a 50% payout consistent with its dividend distribution policy. Asset Management is scaling with a commercial real estate fund closed at INR4,000 crores and plans to launch new funds in private equity (target INR1,000-INR1,500 crores) and private credit (target INR1,000-INR1,500 crores). The mutual fund license is in final stages of approval.
