Nuvoco Vistas Corporation's Board committee has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of up to Rs. 600 crores on a private placement basis, to be done in one or more tranches. The NCDs may be secured or unsecured, will be rated, listed, and redeemable, and are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of NSE.
