Oberoi Realty reported Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 987.55 crore, down about 30% from Rs. 1,405.16 crore in Q1 FY25. Consolidated net profit fell to Rs. 421.25 crore from Rs. 584.51 crore year-on-year, with EPS at Rs. 11.59 vs Rs. 16.08. Operating margin compressed to 52.69% from 58.00%, and net profit margin slipped to 39.22% from 40.54%. Standalone performance also weakened, with revenue dropping to Rs. 775.34 crore and net profit to Rs. 308.84 crore. The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share (20% on face value). The company also fully redeemed Series III NCDs worth Rs. 60 crore, and an external investor invested Rs. 1,250 crore in associate I-Ven Realty, reducing Oberoi's stake from 50% to 39.13%.
Year-on-year revenue and profit declined sharply, though real estate results are inherently lumpy across quarters. The dividend announcement and strong debt-equity ratio of 0.19 (consolidated) provide some support, but margin compression and stake dilution in the associate may weigh on short-term sentiment.
