Oberoi Realty reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 6,00,906 lakh, up 13.7% from Rs 5,28,627 lakh in FY25. Net profit grew 12.7% to Rs 2,50,743 lakh from Rs 2,22,551 lakh. Operating margin compressed to 55.50% from 58.70% year-on-year. The company declared a 4th interim dividend of Rs 2 per share. An exceptional item of Rs 2,306 lakh was recorded due to additional obligations from new Labour Codes implemented in November 2025. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on both consolidated and standalone results. Debt-equity ratio improved to 0.16 from 0.21, indicating strong financial health.
The stock shows steady growth with 12.7% PAT increase and improved leverage, though margin compression warrants monitoring. The clean audit and strong cash generation are positives for shareholders.
