On the reaction day the stock moved 3.4 pts less than Nifty Midcap 150 and 3.3 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Haryana Town and Country Planning Department has ruled in favour of Oberoi Realty in the Three Sixty North Gurugram project dispute. It rejected a petition by Advance India Projects Limited seeking cancellation of the project licence and change of developer approval, confirming both remain legally valid. As a result, the Punjab and Haryana High Court's July 7 restriction on fresh allotments and third-party rights has ceased. Existing sales were never affected and construction was not impacted.
Removes cloud over the Gurugram project; Oberoi can now resume fresh bookings and third-party transactions in Three Sixty North.
