Octal Credit Capital Ltd submitted its unaudited Q3 FY26 and 9-month results (standalone and consolidated) for the period ended 31 December 2025, approved by the board on 12 February 2026. Standalone total income for 9M FY26 was about Rs 33.73 lakhs versus Rs 25.52 lakhs in 9M FY25, a rise of roughly 32% year-on-year. Standalone profit before tax for 9M FY26 was Rs 15.91 lakhs (vs Rs 12.90 lakhs last year). However, standalone Q3 FY26 slipped into a loss after tax of Rs 17.44 lakhs, while the 9-month PAT was modestly positive at Rs 6.99 lakhs against a loss of Rs 10.83 lakhs a year earlier. On a consolidated basis, the picture was weaker as the company booked a share of associate losses of about Rs 41.33 lakhs in Q3, pushing consolidated PBT into a loss of Rs 32.83 lakhs for the quarter. The statutory auditor, Vasudeo & Associates, issued an unqualified limited review report with no modifications.
The results are mixed — top-line growth on a 9-month basis is healthy, but profitability is volatile and the consolidated quarterly result is in the red due to drag from the associate company. Given the very small scale of earnings, investors should expect continued quarter-to-quarter swings and limited near-term visibility.
