By the next day the stock moved 10.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 9.5 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Octal Credit Capital Ltd filed its Q2/H1 FY26 unaudited results on November 13, 2025, approved at a board meeting held the same day. Standalone Q2 revenue from operations rose ~14.8% YoY to ₹10.80 lacs, but profit before tax fell to ₹5.80 lacs (from ₹9.26 lacs) and profit after tax dropped ~27% to ₹5.77 lacs. For H1 FY26, standalone revenue grew ~18.4% to ₹19.62 lacs while PAT declined ~20% to ₹6.92 lacs (EPS ₹0.14 vs ₹0.17). On a consolidated basis, H1 PAT was ₹90.92 lacs (vs ₹107.31 lacs), including ₹84 lacs share of profit from associate New View Consultants. The auditor (Vasudeo & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report, and the company has no borrowings on its books.
Top-line growth is healthy but profit margins have compressed due to higher operating expenses, which may concern investors; however, this is a very small NBFC with tiny absolute numbers, so the filing is unlikely to materially move the share price.
