Odigma Consultancy Solutions reported Q1FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone results with revenue from operations of ₹656.77 lakh, sharply down from ₹1,356.94 lakh in Q1FY25 — a decline of about 51% year-on-year. Profit After Tax (PAT), however, rose 23.5% to ₹10.62 lakh from ₹8.60 lakh, driven by the Global Top-Level Domain (gTLD) business which turned in a segment profit of ₹111.98 lakh versus a loss earlier. EBITDA fell 61% to ₹25.24 lakh. The Digital Marketing segment continued to post a loss (₹76.69 lakh vs profit of ₹26.30 lakh YoY). The Board also approved incorporating a wholly owned subsidiary in Sharjah (UAE) for digital media and advertising services, and fixed the 14th AGM for September 22, 2025. The auditor's limited review report is clean (unmodified).
Mixed signals for shareholders — the headline PAT growth and strong gTLD performance are positive, but the steep revenue fall and digital marketing segment losses highlight dependence on the domain business. The UAE subsidiary expansion could open new revenue streams but adds execution risk. Short-term stock sentiment may remain cautious until revenue stabilises.
