ONGC reported strong Q4 FY'26 consolidated net profit of ₹13,678 crore, up 53% YoY, with full-year consolidated PAT at ₹49,793 crore (up 30%). Standalone performance was more muted—Q4 net profit ₹6,650 crore (up 3%) and full-year PAT ₹32,894 crore (down 7.6% YoY) due to lower crude realizations (net realization ₹6,042/bbl vs ₹6,503/bbl). Gross revenue remained broadly flat at ₹6,62,247 crore. The Board declared highest-ever total dividend of ₹16,669 crore (₹13.25/share, 265% payout ratio). Subsidiaries delivered remarkable turnaround: HPCL PAT surged to ₹17,175 crore (from ₹7,365 crore), MRPL to ₹1,931 crore (from ₹51 crore), and OPaL EBITDA turned positive to ₹1,207 crore from a loss of ₹203 crore. Production remained broadly flat due to geological complexities and project delays, but the DUDP gas project has begun monetization and ₹33,075 crore of projects are under progress in Western Offshore.
