Oil Country Tubular reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 1,743.64 lakhs, down 29 percent from Rs 2,456.90 lakhs a year ago. Net loss widened to Rs 1,510.64 lakhs versus Rs 880.53 lakhs in Q1 FY26. EBITDA stood at Rs 150.76 lakhs. The company allotted 41.95 lakh equity shares on conversion of OCPS at a Rs 55 premium. Full-year FY26 ended with a loss of Rs 6,148.24 lakhs and reserves fell sharply to Rs 74.73 lakhs. Auditors CKS Associates issued a clean limited review.
Widening losses and revenue decline signal continued operational stress; OCPS-to-equity conversion adds share dilution for existing holders.
