OCTL's Board approved un-audited standalone financial results for Q3 FY26 (ended Dec 31, 2025) and the 9M period. Revenue from operations collapsed sharply to Rs. 562.10 lakhs in Q3 FY26, down from Rs. 4,121.08 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months, revenue fell to Rs. 4,023.79 lakhs versus Rs. 8,856.89 lakhs a year earlier, a drop of over 54%. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 1,786.13 lakhs for Q3 (vs Rs. 1,348.89 lakh loss in Q3 FY25) and Rs. 3,961.04 lakhs for 9M FY26 (vs Rs. 1,407.43 lakh loss in 9M FY25). Reserves remain negative at Rs. (2,225.53) lakhs. Statutory auditors CKS Associates LLP issued an unmodified limited review report. The Board also noted Rs. 5,000 fines each from BSE and NSE for a one-day delay in filing related party transaction disclosures for Sept 2025.
Sharply falling revenues and widening losses, combined with negative reserves, raise serious concerns about the company's financial health and raise going-concern flags for shareholders. The RPT filing fine is minor but signals weak compliance discipline.
