Oil India declared second interim dividend of Rs 7 per share (70% of face value) for FY25-26, on top of Rs 3.50 already paid. Record date Feb 18, payment by Mar 11. Q3 standalone PAT fell to Rs 808 crore from Rs 1,222 crore YoY. Nine-month PAT dropped 41% to Rs 2,666 crore. Board approved divestment of non-performing 50% stake in Russian Licence-61 asset, already fully provided for.
Positive on dividend income for shareholders; weak Q3 earnings and 41% nine-month profit decline may pressure stock near term.
