Oil India's board reviewed an exchange fine for non-compliance with SEBI board composition rules for the quarter ended 30 June 2025. The company informed the Petroleum and Natural Gas Ministry and asked the exchanges to waive the fine, stating the shortfall was beyond its control.
The fine is a regulatory setback, although a waiver has been requested. No fine amount or trading restriction was reported.
