OK Play India's board approved unaudited Q3 FY26 results on 12 January 2026. Standalone revenue from operations jumped about 80% year-on-year to Rs 2,567.26 lacs (vs Rs 1,428.63 lacs in Q3 FY25), while consolidated revenue rose roughly 58% to Rs 5,182.36 lacs. Standalone profit after tax surged to Rs 147.65 lacs from Rs 3.33 lacs a year ago, and consolidated PAT nearly doubled to Rs 157.59 lacs from Rs 72.31 lacs. However, for the nine-month period, consolidated PAT swung to a loss of Rs 65.53 lacs versus a profit of Rs 187.48 lacs last year. Other income of Rs 665 lacs in the standalone quarter was unusually high and boosted the bottom line. An exchange fluctuation loss of Rs 3.75 lacs on FCCB liability restatement was recorded as an exceptional item. The statutory auditor (J Madan & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report.
The strong quarterly revenue and profit jump is positive for sentiment, but the swing to a consolidated nine-month loss and dependence on unusually high other income suggest underlying margin pressure remains. Investors should watch whether the topline growth is sustainable and whether the full-year consolidated picture improves.
