OK Play India Ltd reported audited results for FY25 with standalone total revenue falling sharply to Rs 10,424 lacs from Rs 15,851 lacs in FY24, a decline of about 34%. Standalone profit after tax dropped to Rs 56.39 lacs (from Rs 613.83 lacs), while on a consolidated basis the company swung to a loss of Rs 61.72 lacs (vs a profit of Rs 152.68 lacs prior year). Total consolidated revenue fell modestly to Rs 17,506 lacs from Rs 18,496 lacs. The company recorded a small exceptional-item loss of Rs 21.40 lacs related to FCCB forex restatement and balance write-offs. The Board also noted expansion of toy manufacturing capacity from 300 MT/month to 900 MT/month, allotment of 50 lakh shares via warrant conversion, and approval for a further preferential issue of 2 crore shares and 1 crore warrants. Auditor J Madan & Associates issued an unmodified opinion.
Sharp revenue contraction on a standalone basis, a consolidated net loss, and plunging standalone profit signal weak operational performance and may weigh on the stock. The capacity expansion and fresh equity raise are positives but execution risk remains high.
