OK Play India Ltd reported its audited financial results for Q4 and FY25 (ending 31 March 2025) with an unmodified auditor's opinion. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 8,349.84 lakhs from Rs 14,508.07 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 42%. Standalone profit after tax dropped to Rs 465.81 lakhs (from Rs 613.83 lakhs), while Q4 standalone slipped into a loss of Rs 84.30 lakhs versus a profit in the year-ago quarter. On a consolidated basis, revenue declined to Rs 16,779.04 lakhs (from Rs 18,456.06 lakhs) and the company slipped into a consolidated loss of Rs 61.72 lakhs for the year (versus a Rs 152.68 lakh profit in FY24). The company recorded small exceptional items (FCCB exchange gain, debit/credit balance write-offs) and disclosed related party transactions with its subsidiaries. Toy manufacturing capacity was tripled from 300 MT/month to 900 MT/month during the year.
The sharp drop in standalone revenue and the swing to a consolidated loss are negative signals for short-term shareholder sentiment, though operating cash flow remained positive (Rs 1,265 lakhs standalone) and the preferential issue funds were used without deviation. Expansion of toy capacity could support future growth if demand picks up.
