On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.4 pts less than its Consumer Durables peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
OK Play India's Board approved Q1FY27 unaudited results and appointed Ms Usha Patel as Company Secretary. Standalone revenue from operations grew 29% YoY to Rs 25.37 crore but PAT fell about 26% to Rs 0.93 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 11% to Rs 45.87 crore while PAT dropped sharply to Rs 0.09 crore. Includes exceptional item of Rs 2.72 lakh (FCCB forex loss and debit balance written off). Auditor issued unmodified review report.
Mixed results: strong top-line growth but profits under pressure; consolidated profit nearly wiped out. Watch for margin recovery next quarter.
