The board approved the unaudited Q2 and six-month results. Q2 revenue fell 43% year on year to INR 690 crore, while net loss narrowed to INR 418 crore from INR 495 crore. For six months, revenue fell 47% to INR 1,518 crore and net loss was INR 846 crore. Operating cash outflow was INR 343 crore. Management reviewed funding continuity after weak sales, citing cash, credit lines and borrowing ability. PwC was appointed internal auditor.
Falling sales, losses and cash burn may pressure the stock, but the smaller quarterly loss and improved cash burn provide some support.
