The Board of Olatech Solutions Ltd approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose strongly to ₹1,628.56 lakhs, up about 42% from ₹1,143.37 lakhs in the same period last year. Total revenue stood at ₹1,633.56 lakhs. However, profit before tax came in at ₹322.95 lakhs (vs ₹426.18 lakhs in H1 FY25), and net profit was ₹241.12 lakhs, lower than ₹329.45 lakhs in the prior-year half year, with basic EPS of ₹5.42. The company reported negative operating cash flow of ₹(110.95) lakhs for the half year, compared with ₹163.19 lakhs in the full FY25. During the period, Olatech acquired 85% of Olatech Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd and took a 25% stake in Skillsbiz Education Pvt Ltd. The auditor, Sachin & Associates, issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong top-line growth is a positive signal, but the decline in profits alongside negative operating cash flow may raise concerns about margins and working-capital strain.
