Olympia Industries reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs 21,037.06 lakhs, up about 16% from Rs 18,110.51 lakhs in FY24. Total income jumped to Rs 28,469.02 lakhs helped by a sharp rise in other income (Rs 7,431.96 lakhs vs Rs 710.26 lakhs). Net profit for the year rose around 64% to Rs 129.55 lakhs (FY24: Rs 78.77 lakhs), with EPS at Rs 2.15 vs Rs 1.31. Q4 standalone net profit nearly doubled to Rs 39.17 lakhs vs Rs 19.68 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. The statutory auditor (R. A. Kuvadia & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion, and the company reported no defaults on loans.
Positive for shareholders given the strong profit growth, but the rise in profit was driven largely by non-operating income, and operating cash flow stayed negative at Rs (67.22) lakhs, indicating weak cash generation from the core business. The company has also crossed the SEBI net worth threshold for corporate governance compliance and will need to comply within six months.
