Olympia Industries' board approved audited results for FY25. Revenue from operations rose to about ₹21,047 lakh from ₹18,105 lakh in FY24, a roughly 16% increase. Net profit jumped to ₹129.55 lakh from ₹78.77 lakh, a 64% jump, with Q4 PAT nearly doubling to ₹39.17 lakh. EPS for the full year rose to ₹2.15 from ₹1.31. The statutory auditor (R. A. Kuvadia & Co.) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The company also reappointed Navin Kumar Pansari as Managing Director for three years, appointed a new secretarial auditor for five years (FY26-FY30), a new internal auditor for FY26, and two new independent directors. The 36th AGM is set for July 22, 2025.
Strong profit growth and clean audit opinion are positives for shareholders, but the company still reported negative cash from operations (₹67.22 lakh used) for the second year in a row, with short-term borrowings of about ₹5,578 lakh exceeding total equity of ₹5,323 lakh, signalling continued reliance on debt to fund working capital.
