The board approved standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 with no qualifications. Consolidated revenue was Rs 944.31 million, down 21.5% from Rs 1,203.25 million, while profit after tax fell 63.6% to Rs 32.48 million from Rs 89.36 million. EPS was Rs 1.02. The prior-year quarter had a major port handling contract. The board also approved up to Rs 70 crore of loans from the chairman and two executive directors.
Lower revenue and profit may weigh on the stock; up to Rs 70 crore of director loans signal funding needs and related-party exposure.
