Om Freight Forwarders reported Q3 FY26 (Dec 31, 2025) standalone revenue of ₹119.11 Cr, up modestly from ₹116.48 Cr in Q3 FY25, with profit after tax jumping to ₹4.48 Cr from ₹1.48 Cr a year ago. However, nine-month revenue fell to ₹327.38 Cr from ₹366.76 Cr (a ~10.7% decline), and nine-month PAT dropped to ₹11.34 Cr from ₹14.54 Cr (a ~22% decline). The auditor issued an unqualified limited review report, with a note on the new Labour Code Bill whose financial impact is still being assessed. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rahul J Joshi as Chairman & Managing Director for another five years from April 1, 2026, and accepted the resignation of Company Secretary Mr. Hiren Bhanushali effective February 16, 2026. The company recently completed its IPO in October 2025, raising ₹24.44 Cr.
The strong sequential and year-on-year Q3 earnings recovery is a positive signal, but the nine-month top-line and bottom-line contraction may temper near-term sentiment. Long-term continuity at the CMD level adds stability, though investors will watch for revenue growth to return and clarity on the Labour Code impact in coming quarters.
