Om Freight Forwarders reported FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 476.92 crore, down 2.7% from Rs 490.14 crore in FY25. Profit after tax declined significantly to Rs 15.38 crore from Rs 21.65 crore in the prior year, a drop of about 29%. The company completed its IPO in October 2025 raising Rs 24.44 crore. Most notably, operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 7.08 crore compared to positive Rs 32.64 crore in FY25, indicating deterioration in cash generation. Trade receivables jumped to Rs 143.83 crore from Rs 109.78 crore, and allowance for doubtful debts increased sharply to Rs 4.81 crore from Rs 0.34 crore. The company divested its Norway-based investment during the quarter, recognizing a loss of Rs 3.63 crore in OCI. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
The sharp decline in profitability and negative operating cash flow are concerning for shareholders. The significant increase in doubtful debt provisions suggests potential collection issues. Despite IPO proceeds, the company needs to improve cash generation to sustain operations.
