Omaxe Ltd reported audited financial results for Q4 and FY2026. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew 16.4% to Rs. 453.64 Cr from Rs. 389.85 Cr, but the company recorded a net loss of Rs. 195.61 Cr (vs loss of Rs. 217.03 Cr in FY2025). On a consolidated basis, revenue declined significantly to Rs. 1,339.74 Cr from Rs. 1,636.97 Cr (down ~18%), with a much larger net loss of Rs. 696.80 Cr. Finance costs remain high at Rs. 158.25 Cr (standalone) and Rs. 255.11 Cr (consolidated). The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. An emphasis of matter was raised regarding a SEBI order dated July 30, 2024 related to FY2018-21, where the company has filed an appeal with SAT and obtained a stay. The group includes 144 subsidiary/group companies and 2 associates.
The stock shows significant losses with negative PAT on both standalone and consolidated basis. The consolidated revenue decline of ~18% and consolidated net loss of Rs. 696.80 Cr are concerning. High finance costs continue to drag profitability. The ongoing SEBI regulatory matter, though stated as having no impact per management, adds uncertainty.
