Paytm reported Q2 FY27 revenue of ₹2,648 Cr, up 28% year on year, with comparable revenue up 33% excluding PIDF incentives. EBITDA rose 90% to ₹270 Cr and margin widened to 10% from 7%. PAT jumped to ₹225 Cr from ₹21 Cr. H1 revenue was ₹5,096 Cr and PAT ₹445 Cr. Merchant GMV reached ₹7.1 lakh Cr, and financial services revenue rose 49% to ₹912 Cr. Management expects higher DLG costs in Q3 but continued EBITDA improvement.
Revenue and PAT growth with a wider EBITDA margin is positive; potential UPI MDR gains add upside, while higher Q3 DLG costs are a near-term risk.
