Netherlands-based Resilient Asset Management will sell up to 4.98% of Paytm shares via a block market trade under its existing OCD agreement with Antfin (Netherlands). Economic value from the sale will be retained by Antfin. Resilient currently holds about 10.20% in Paytm, originally acquired from Antfin in August 2023 against OCDs. Paytm is not a party to the deal, and the founder's direct shareholding remains unchanged.
About 5% block supply likely to hit the market; founder holding unchanged, economic value flows to Antfin.
