One Mobikwik's Board approved Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results. Consolidated revenue from operations fell to ₹2,713.63 million from ₹3,422.67 million in Q1 FY25, a decline of about 20.7% year-on-year. Total income stood at ₹2,816.16 million. The company posted a net loss of ₹419.20 million for the quarter, though this narrowed from ₹560.37 million in the preceding quarter. EBITDA loss improved 31.8% sequentially to ₹(312.01) million from ₹(457.61) million in Q4 FY25. The payments business remained the growth engine, with Payments GMV rising 53% YoY to ₹3,83,882 million and payments revenue up 24% YoY. The board also approved the appointment of B S R and Co as statutory auditors (replacing B S R & Associates LLP) and Surya Gupta & Associates as secretarial auditor, both subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
Despite continued bottom-line losses, the sequential narrowing of EBITDA losses and strong YoY growth in the payments segment signal improving operating leverage. Shareholders should watch for the path to EBITDA breakeven, which the company says is imminent, while the ₹3,165.17 million of unutilized IPO proceeds being pushed to FY26 may dilute near-term per-share metrics.
