MIRC Electronics (Onida) Q2 FY26 results: revenue Rs 163.31 cr, up 8 percent YoY, but Rs 17.8 cr loss before tax versus Rs 13.5 cr profit last year. A Rs 20.56 cr gain from sale of a Mumbai property partly cushioned the loss. H1 revenue fell about 20 percent to Rs 304.16 cr with Rs 142.7 cr loss. Operating cash flow was deeply negative at Rs 60.58 cr in H1. Company raised Rs 149.52 cr via preferential share allotment and Rs 60 cr via NCDs. EGM set for Jan 16, 2026 to approve revised ESOP and revision in CFO remuneration.
Sharp deterioration in core profitability, though property sale and fresh capital raise offer short term support. Equity dilution from preferential issue is a concern for existing shareholders.
