MIRC Electronics (Onida) posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 163 crore, up 8% YoY, but a loss after tax of Rs 1.8 crore vs profit of Rs 1.4 crore last year. Half-year revenue fell nearly 20% to Rs 304 crore with loss of Rs 14.3 crore. Numbers include an exceptional gain of Rs 20.6 crore from selling a Mumbai property. Board approved a revised ESOP scheme and called an EGM for January 16, 2026. Operating cash flow for the half year was sharply negative at about Rs 60.6 crore.
Continued losses and weak operating cash flow remain a concern. Capital raising and the property sale offer some near-term support.
