MIRC Electronics reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 21,204 lakhs, up about 27 percent from Rs 16,681 lakhs YoY. However, the company slipped to a pre-tax loss of Rs 1,062 lakhs from a profit of Rs 20 lakhs. For 9M FY26, revenue dipped to Rs 51,620 from Rs 54,597 lakhs, with a loss of Rs 1,129 lakhs. An exceptional charge of Rs 249 lakhs on gratuity provisions under new labour codes hit Q3. Earlier, the company raised Rs 14,952 lakhs via preferential issue for working capital.
Strong topline growth offset by losses and one-time provisions; mid-year auditor change adds a layer of uncertainty for investors.
