Board approved Q2 and H1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue grew about 42 percent YoY at Rs 12,561 lakh for H1 versus Rs 8,847 lakh. PAT jumped sharply to Rs 2,275 lakh (H1) from Rs 18 lakh last year. Q2 standalone revenue Rs 3,188 lakh, PAT Rs 192 lakh. However operating cash flow was negative Rs 5,501 lakh due to a jump in trade receivables. Board also approved shifting registered office from Mumbai to Gujarat subject to shareholder approval. Auditor M/s A H Mandaliya and Associates issued an unmodified review report.
