Ontic Finserve reported a net loss of Rs 4.20 lakhs in Q2 FY27 versus a profit of Rs 30.65 lakhs YoY. Revenue from operations fell to zero from Rs 40.06 lakhs. For H1 FY27, total income dropped to Rs 2.17 lakhs from Rs 105.34 lakhs, with a loss of Rs 291.59 lakhs driven by a one-time expense of about Rs 288.71 lakhs in Q1. Reserves and surplus are deeply negative at Rs 85.77 lakhs against share capital of Rs 90 lakhs.
Negative PAT, zero revenue, and eroded reserves raise serious going concern risks for the company.
