On the reaction day the stock moved 2.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.9 pts more than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Onward Technologies' US subsidiary OTI got a US court order vacating an ex-parte judgment against it. An ex-employee had sued OTI in an Illinois court for alleged unpaid wages. OTI learned of the judgment only in August 2025, filed to vacate it, and the court allowed the petition on January 27, 2026. OTI now has 30 days to file its defence in the main case. Next status hearing is March 19, 2026.
Favorable ruling removes the judgment. No material financial or operational impact expected. Underlying wage case continues.
