Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 7% year on year to Rs 1,788.8 crore, but net profit fell 5% to Rs 546.1 crore. First-half revenue rose 6.6% year on year to Rs 3,641 crore, while net profit slipped 0.5% to Rs 1,188 crore. The margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization fell from 51.3% to 47.8%. Operating cash flow fell 16% to Rs 1,029.7 crore. A Rs 130 per-share interim dividend is payable by November 15, 2025.
Revenue growth and the Rs 130 dividend support returns, but lower profit, weaker cash flow and a narrower earnings margin may weigh on sentiment.
