The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 130 per share for fiscal year 2025-26. The record date is November 3, 2025, and payment is due by November 15. Consolidated September-quarter revenue rose 6.9% year on year to Rs 1,788.8 crore, while net profit fell 5.5% to Rs 546.1 crore. Half-year revenue rose 6.6%, but net profit was nearly flat at Rs 1,188.0 crore.
Eligible shareholders receive Rs 130 per share by November 15. The payout may support sentiment, but lower quarterly profit could temper the stock reaction.
