Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Orbit Exports board approved buyback of up to 11,04,000 equity shares (4.16 percent of paid-up capital) at Rs 250 per share, aggregating up to Rs 27.60 crore via tender offer through stock exchange. Promoters will not participate. Record date fixed as July 15, 2026. Saffron Capital Advisors appointed as merchant banker. Board also appointed Mr. Omprakash Jat as new Company Secretary.
Buyback at Rs 250 per share signals confidence and supports the share price. Promoters not participating means more shares available for retail shareholders to tender.
