On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Computers - Software & Consulting peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Orchasp's board approved Q1 FY27 (ended 30 June 2026) results. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 208.37 lakhs from Rs 775.19 lakhs year on year, about a 73 percent drop. PAT was Rs 28 lakhs versus Rs 54.22 lakhs. Auditor JMT and Associates issued a qualified opinion flagging three concerns: Rs 6,825 lakhs investment in a cancelled Portugal subsidiary now transferred to a new US arm, trade receivables and payables overdue over 6 months, and unpaid TDS and statutory dues due to liquidity constraints.
Qualified auditor opinion, steep revenue fall, unpaid statutory dues, and a doubtful overseas investment raise serious concerns about financial health and governance.
