Orchasp posted standalone revenue of Rs.435.37 lakhs in Q3 FY26 versus Rs.600.95 lakhs a year ago. Nine month revenue rose 39.6 percent to Rs.1,964.36 lakhs. Net profit for nine months was Rs.94.02 lakhs against a loss of Rs.1,354.63 lakhs last year. Auditors issued a qualified opinion citing Rs.6,825 lakhs investment in a non operational Portugal subsidiary facing cancellation of its incorporation, unpaid TDS and other statutory dues, and trade receivables overdue over 6 months. The company allotted 2.69 crore shares at Rs.3.20 each on a preferential basis and incorporated a new US subsidiary called Orchasp Inc.
Qualified audit opinion and unresolved issues at Portugal subsidiary raise red flags. Profit turnaround is positive. Share dilution from preferential allotment.
