Organic Recycling Systems Limited reported audited results for FY25 approved at the board meeting on May 15, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 39% to INR 2,522.65 lakhs (vs INR 1,812.84 lakhs in FY24), while standalone profit after tax rose modestly by around 9% to INR 341.77 lakhs. On a consolidated basis (including 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 2 associates), revenue jumped nearly 59% to INR 4,377.29 lakhs and PAT more than doubled to INR 1,571.86 lakhs (vs INR 776.90 lakhs), driven by strong subsidiary contributions. Basic consolidated EPS stood at INR 20.39 versus INR 12.01 a year earlier. The company converted 9.6 lakh warrants into equity at INR 273 per share, raising INR 2,620.80 lakhs, which was used to fully repay long-term borrowings (down to zero standalone) and for general corporate purposes. However, operating cash flow remained negative on both standalone (INR -1,535.90 lakhs) and consolidated (INR -670.34 lakhs) bases due to large working capital movements.
Strong top-line and consolidated earnings growth are positive signals for shareholders, but the negative operating cash flow and EPS dilution from new equity issuance warrant caution. The full debt repayment strengthens the balance sheet significantly.
