Board approved unaudited H1 FY27 results. Consolidated revenue rose 151.82% to ₹77.00 crore, profit after tax rose 30.57% to ₹15.80 crore and EBITDA rose 30.97% to ₹19.26 crore. EBITDA margin fell to 25.01% from 48.09%. Operating cash flow was negative ₹9.24 crore versus positive ₹12.65 crore. Diluted EPS fell to ₹10.13 from ₹11.63 after share issuance. A ₹5 crore HDFC Bank guarantee for 99.9%-owned Industrial Associates was also approved.
Strong growth supports sentiment, but margin compression, negative cash flow, higher receivables and lower EPS could pressure the stock.
