On 4 November 2026, Organic Recycling Systems allotted 10,00,000 fully paid shares to promoter Sarang Bhand at ₹161 each, including ₹151 above the ₹10 face value, for ₹16.10 crore in cash. The full amount was received. Paid-up shares rose from 1,55,98,905 to 1,65,98,905, and the new shares carry the same dividend and other rights as existing shares.
The issue adds ₹16.10 crore of cash and raises promoter ownership, while expanding the share count by about 6.4% and diluting existing holders.
