Orient Electric Limited reported audited Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹948.25 Cr (up 10% YoY) and full-year FY26 revenue of ₹3,326.39 Cr (up 7.5% YoY from ₹3,093.68 Cr). PAT for Q4 grew 28.8% to ₹40.28 Cr, while full-year PAT rose 15.2% to ₹95.84 Cr from ₹83.21 Cr. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.75 per share, making a total dividend of ₹1.50 per share for FY26 (including ₹0.75 interim dividend already paid). Exceptional items of ₹10.16 Cr were recorded during the year: ₹8.65 Cr from new labour code implementation and ₹1.51 Cr from write-down of assets at the Noida facility being consolidated. Statutory auditors S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Deloitte was reappointed as internal auditor and Mr. Somnath Mukherjee as cost auditor for FY27.
Revenue and profit growth indicate steady operational performance, though full-year revenue growth of 7.5% is modest. The clean audit opinion and increased dividend reinforce financial health, while the facility consolidation and labour code adjustment represent one-time items shareholders should note.
