Orient Electric Limited reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 948.25 Crores, up 10% YoY from Rs 861.85 Crores. Full year FY26 revenue stood at Rs 3,326.39 Crores, a 7.5% increase from Rs 3,093.68 Crores in FY25. Profit after tax for FY26 was Rs 95.84 Crores versus Rs 83.21 Crores in FY25, representing 15.2% PAT growth. EPS for FY26 was Rs 4.49 compared to Rs 3.90 in FY25. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.75 per share (75%), making total dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (150%) for FY26. Exceptional items of Rs 10.16 Crores were recorded: Rs 8.65 Crores for new labour codes impact and Rs 1.51 Crores for write-down of capital assets at Noida facility being consolidated. Statutory auditors S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
The company delivered steady revenue and PAT growth with strong cash flow from operations of Rs 110 Crores. However, EBITDA margins showed slight compression. Contingent liabilities of Rs 64.31 Crores remain pending under litigation. The dividend payout remains consistent, indicating financial stability.
