Orient Green Power posted Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 3,597 lakhs (up 4% YoY) but consolidated PAT was a loss of Rs 2,143 lakhs on higher depreciation and exceptional items of Rs 315 lakhs. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 16% to Rs 25,436 lakhs and PAT rose 54% to Rs 8,813 lakhs. Company commissioned 7 MW solar and signed EPC contracts for 28 MW new capacity plus 6 MW repowering, expected to add about Rs 3,600 lakhs annual EBITDA. Auditor flagged emphasis of matter on CERC/REC receivable of Rs 2,071 lakhs and TNPDCL petitions on captive plant status.
Q3 loss is disappointing, but strong 9M growth and new capacity additions support long-term outlook. CERC receivable risk remains a watch item.
