Orient Press posted Q1FY27 revenue from operations of Rs 2,152.77 lakh, down from Rs 2,624.59 lakh a year ago (around 18 percent decline). Loss after tax widened to Rs 125.26 lakh versus Rs 79.15 lakh loss last year. EPS stood at minus Rs 1.25. Flexible Packaging segment reported losses while Printing remained profitable. Board also reappointed MD and two whole-time directors from the Maheshwari family for three-year terms and appointed a cost auditor. Limited review report by Sarda and Pareek LLP is clean.
Continued losses and revenue decline signal weakness; board changes are routine family promoter reappointments.
