On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Orient Technologies filed its FY26 annual report ahead of the 29th AGM on Sept 23, 2026. Total income rose modestly to 870.67 Cr from 846.29 Cr. Services revenue jumped 33 percent to 446.56 Cr, now about half of revenue. However, EBITDA fell sharply to 47.53 Cr from 74.35 Cr, with profit after tax at just 2.79 Cr and EPS of 0.61. The company entered FY27 with an order book of around 400 Cr and completed three acquisitions in October 2025.
Profit fell sharply despite revenue growth, reflecting margin pressure from the services shift. A 400 Cr order book offers FY27 visibility.
