Board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 25,670.56 lakh (up about 14% YoY) and net profit jumped to Rs 815.32 lakh (up about 42% YoY); EPS Rs 2.42 vs Rs 1.70. Consolidated revenue was Rs 25,981.20 lakh and net profit Rs 251.42 lakh. Auditors Lodha and Co LLP gave unmodified conclusion. Also appointed Nitin Budhavalekar as VP-Sales Fragrance effective Aug 1, 2026.
Strong Q1 with double-digit revenue and 42% standalone profit growth signals healthy demand; VP-Sales hire supports fragrance push.
