Orkla India reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 6,242.2 million, up about 3% YoY, but profit after tax fell 15% to Rs 551.7 million. For nine months, revenue grew 3.7% to Rs 18,490.5 million while PAT dipped 4.9% to Rs 2,083.7 million. An exceptional charge of Rs 158.4 million, linked to new Labour Codes increasing gratuity liability, weighed on earnings. Shares listed on NSE and BSE on November 6, 2025 after an IPO offer for sale of Rs 16,673.3 million. Auditor S.R. Batliboi issued an unmodified limited review.
