Osia Hyper Retail Limited has disclosed its list of creditors as part of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) that commenced on 28-04-2026. A Committee of Creditors has been constituted with 10 financial creditors holding admitted claims of Rs. 180.22 crore. Punjab National Bank is the largest creditor with Rs. 50.25 crore (27.88% voting share), followed by Poonawalla Fincorp at Rs. 28.85 crore (16.01%). The company received 310 total claims worth Rs. 472.96 crore, but only Rs. 180.23 crore from financial creditors has been admitted. Operational creditors (267 claims worth Rs. 261.64 crore) and other creditors (27 claims worth Rs. 8.69 crore) have not had their claims admitted yet. The claims are provisional pending additional documentation.
This is a highly negative development for shareholders as the company is in formal insolvency proceedings. The stock is likely to be extremely illiquid or suspended given the CIRP status. Shareholders will likely face significant dilution or total loss depending on the resolution outcome.
